‘Resurrection’ (狂野时代) is a 2025 Chinese sci-fi drama written and directed by Bi Gan.

The film follows a man who awakens with fractured memories and journeys through shifting eras in search of the truth about himself. The cast includes Jackson Yee, Shu Qi, Mark Chao, Li Gengxi, and Huang Jue.

Synopsis: The Mesmerised One (Jackson Yee) awakens in a future city stripped of clear memories and journeys through shifting eras to recover a century of lost experience, each stage revealing a different sense and new pieces of his identity. Guided—yet subtly manipulated—by Ling (Shu Qi), he encounters the determined investigator Zhao (Mark Chao), the intuitive wanderer Xiao An (Li Gengxi), and the enigmatic architect Han (Huang Jue).
