‘Second Sister’ (망내인: 얼굴 없는 살인자들) is a 2025 South Korean suspense thriller written and directed by Shin Jae-Ho.
Based on a novel by Chan Ho‑Kei, the film follows a woman and a detective who uncover a hidden web of anonymous manipulators behind her sister’s death. The cast includes Kim Min-Kyu, Kang Seo-Ha, Seong Hee-Hyeon, and Park Dong Hyuk.
Synopsis: Detective Joon-kyung (Kim Min-Kyu) is hired by Soeun (Kang Seo-Ha) to investigate the suspicious death of her younger sister Jieun, who was driven into despair after a coordinated wave of anonymous online harassment. As Joon-kyung and Soeun trace the digital footprints behind the attacks, they uncover a hidden network of “faceless” manipulators who weaponise rumours and stolen identities. The closer they get to exposing the culprit, the more they find themselves pulled into a dangerous web where the real killer hides behind the anonymity of the network. [© Far East Films]
