Trailer: ‘The Ghost Game’

‘The Ghost Game’ (강령: 귀신놀이) is a 2025 South Korean horror mystery co-written and directed by Son Dong-Wan.

The film revolves around a high school girl who tricks her friends into summoning ghosts in order to find out what happened to her missing sister. The cast includes Yeri, Lee Chan-Hyeong, Seo Dong-Hyun, Oh So-Hyun, Kim Eun-Bi, and Park Seo-Yeon.

Synopsis: Ja-Young (Yeri) and her friends decide to film a video for a YouTube contest that involves prize money. They plan to film a video of a staged supernatural event that involves communicating with the dead, but, while preparing to film in a storage tank of an abandoned building, they try to really talk with the dead by Ja-Young’s suggestion. Ja-Young’s wish to find clues on her missing older sister, who disappeared when she was a child, leads to unbearable fear. [Source: AsianWiki]
