‘The Last 10 Years’ (余命10年) is a 2022 Japanese romantic drama directed by Michihito Fujii.
Based on a novel by Ruka Kosaka, the film revolves around a young woman with an incurable disease who vows not to fall in love, but that all changes when she meets a particular man. The cast includes Nana Komatsu, Kentaro Sakaguchi, Yuki Yamada, Nao, and Satoru Iguchi.
Synopsis: 20-year-old Matsuri Takabayashi (Nana Komatsu) learns that she only has 10 years to live due to an incurable disease. She decides to not dwell on her life and not to fall in love, but she meets Kazuto Manabe (Kentaro Sakaguchi) at a school reunion. [Source: MyDramaList]
