Trailer: ‘The Room’

‘The Room’ (最后一间房) is a 2021 Chinese suspense thriller co-written and directed by Gao Bo.

The film revolves around a young girl who begins to unravel some sinister goings on in a hotel while working on her graduation project. The cast includes Ireine Song, Ni Hongjie, Tao Hui, Zhou Tie, and Eric Hwang.

Synopsis: Ruo Yi is a literature student who is working on her graduation project at the Time Hotel. There she meets Chen Mo, a man who injured his head in an accident and suffers from total memory loss. Chen is only capable of remembering what happens during a single day and all of his memories will be erased again when he wakes up the next morning. But the one thing that he never forgets is that he is looking for his one true love, Xiao Xiao. Believing that the story will be great for her project and feeling sorry for Chen, Yi decides to help him look for Xiao Xiao… [© Far East Films]
