Trailer: ‘The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity’

‘The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity’ (晴雅集) is a 2020 Chinese fantasy film written and directed by Guo Jingming.

Based on a series of novels by Baku Yumemakura, the film revolves around a magic specialist who is summoned to the capital to assist with taking down a Serpent demon. The cast includes Mark Chao, Deng Lun, Wang Ziwen, Jessie Li, and Wang Duo.

Synopsis: Qingming (Mark Chao), one of the four best Onmyōjis (magic specialist) of the country, is called to the capital to slay the Serpent demon — the most powerful demon on earth who awakens every 100 years. Meanwhile, a conspiracy between the Princess and the head of the Royal Guard to claim the Serpent’s eternal life is unveiled.

‘The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity’ opens across China on December 25, 2020. It will be released on Netflix worldwide on February 5, 2021.
