‘Trapped’ (大风杀) is a 2025 Chinese crime action drama co-written and directed by Zhang Qi.
The film revolves around a trio of police officers who attempt to rescue a small town that has been taken over by bandits in search of treasure. The cast includes White-K, Xin Baiqing, Lang Yueting, Geng Le, Sun Ning, and Li Xiaochuan.
Synopsis: In 1995, one year before the implementation of the total gun ban policy, the calmness of the abandoned town of Busy Cliff was shattered. When the big brother of the bandits, Beishan (Xin Baiqing), who hid a huge amount of treasure, escaped from prison, 43 vicious bandits gathered from all directions and blockaded Busy Cliff by force. The whole town was plunged into a desperate situation with no oil and no communication! The bandits want money as well as their lives, and the sound of gunfire from Busy Cliffs and a huge sandstorm are about to sweep in. Xia Ran (White-K), a night owl, and two other police officers are faced with a 1 versus 88 guns battle, and the bandits are also staging a “black and white” drama within the gang.
