Trailer: ‘Wolf Hiding’

‘Wolf Hiding’ (怒潮 / 新秩序) is a 2023 Chinese action thriller co-written and directed by Marc Ma.

The film follows a man who vows to bring down a human trafficking group after his sister becomes one of their victims. The cast includes Nick Cheung, Ethan Juan, Darren Wang, Paul Chun Pui, Marc Ma, Danny Chan Kwok-Kwan, Chen Xiaoyi, and He Xinlin.

Synopsis: The Hung Tai Group has been secretly engaged in human trafficking and other criminal activities for a long time, and Chan On’s (Nick Cheung) sister is one of their victims. When the election of the Hung Tai leader is underway, Chan secretly plans to take revenge and try to overthrow the power of the group. His actions are backed up by police officer Mak Long Wen (Ethan Juan) and gang member Ma Wen Kang (Darren Wang). The fight between the forces of the two sides is obvious, and a fierce melee is about to take place. [© Far East Films]
