Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘The Brotherhood Of Rebel’

Vicol Entertainment are bringing the 2023 Hong Kong crime thriller ‘The Brotherhood Of Rebel’ (紮職2 / Triad 2) to Hong Kong Blu-ray and DVD on February 22, 2024.

Directed by Terry Ng, the film is a thematic sequel to 2012’s ‘Triad’ that follows the rise and fall of a trio of friends who enter the underworld. The cast includes Bosco Wong, Carlos Chan, Louis Cheung, Niki Chow, and Michelle Wai.

Synopsis: Childhood friends Chai (Bosco Wong), Kam (Carlos Chan) and Mao (Louis Cheung) complete their first hit together, and get taken under the wings of triad boss Yau (Kenny Wong). One night, Mao unwittingly assists an enemy attack that leaves Yau half-paralyzed. Believing in his friend, Chai lets Mao escape despite Kam’s objections. Seventeen years later, Chai has become the head lieutenant of the gang, and Kam is saddled in gambling debt. When Mao reappears in Hong Kong with his pregnant wife (Michelle Wai), Chai tries to look out for them, but Yau’s wife (Niki Chow) and Kam both have grudges to settle.
