Blu-ray release: ‘Ultraman: The Adventure Begins’

Mill Creek Entertainment are bringing the American-Japanese animated superhero movie ‘Ultraman: The Adventure Begins’ (ウルトラマンUSA / Ultraman USA) to US Blu-ray on July 1, 2025.

Directed by Mitsuo Kusakabe, the film follows three stunt pilots whose lives are changed when they gain the ability to transform into three new Ultra-beings. The voice cast includes Toru Furuya, Shinji Ogawa, Hiromi Tsuru, Kohei Miyauchi, and Kyoko Yamada.

Synopsis: A strange meteorite crashes to Earth. In the aftermath of the crash, the stunt pilot trio, the “Flying Angels”, discovers that they now share their bodies with beings from Nebula M78, who have come to Earth to protect it from monstrous threats.
