‘The Night Rain South Township’ (野果之歌) is a 2025 Chinese drama co-written and directed by Li Binbin.

The film follows a young migrant worker returning to a changed homeland and confronting memory and belonging. The cast includes Yuan Jiahuan, Chen Xuanyu, Li Shicai, Liu Ke, and Dong Runfang.

Synopsis: After years of disorientation in the city, migrant worker Chen Yu returns to the misty Bashan mountains seeking a sense of belonging. As he drifts through familiar yet altered landscapes, he meets Cheng Lin, a teacher searching for her missing father, and a quiet bond emerges between them. Encounters with a childhood friend, a half-forgotten grandaunt, and a resolute village elder reveal the people and changes that have reshaped his homeland, prompting him to confront memory, loss, and the pull of home.
