Blu-ray, DVD & Digital release: ‘First Love’

Signature Entertainment are bringing the 2019 British-Japanese drama ‘First Love’ (初恋) to UK Blu-ray, DVD and Digital on March 2, 2020.

Directed by Takashi Miike, the film follows a young boxer and a call girl as they get caught up in a drug-smuggling scheme over the course of one night in Tokyo. The cast includes Masataka Kubota, Nao Omori, Shota Sometani, Sakurako Konishi, and Becky.

Synopsis: A boxer with a brain tumour, a crooked cop with terrible luck, an amputee Chinese gangster and a terrified call girl who’s stalked by a ghost in tighty whities come together in action-packed chaos. First Love is the story of Leo and Monica, who fall passionately in love while getting innocently caught up in a drug-smuggling scheme over the course of one raucous night of unadulterated mayhem in Tokyo.

‘First Love’ is available for pre-order now from Amazon.co.uk. The film will also receive a limited theatrical release on Feburary 14, 2020.
