Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘Decision to Leave’

MUBI are bringing the 2022 South Korean mystery thriller ‘Decision to Leave’ (헤어질 결심) to UK Blu-ray and DVD on January 9 before heading to the US on February 14, 2023.

Co-written and directed by Park Chan-Wook, the film revolves around a detective who falls for a mysterious widow after she becomes the prime suspect in his latest murder investigation. The cast includes Tang Wei, Park Hae-Il, Lee Jung-Hyun, Ko Gyung-Pyo, and Park Yong-Woo.

Synopsis: From a mountain peak in South Korea, a man plummets to his death. Did he jump, or was he pushed? When detective Hae-joon (Park Hae-Il) arrives on the scene, he begins to suspect the dead man’s wife Seo-rae (Tang Wei) may know more than she initially lets on. But as he digs deeper into the investigation, Hae-joon finds himself trapped in a web of deception and desire, proving that the darkest mysteries lurk inside the human heart.
