Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘You Shoot, I Shoot’

Panorama are bringing the 2001 Hong Kong black comedy ‘You Shoot, I Shoot’ (買兇拍人) to Hong Kong Blu-ray and DVD on April 14, 2022.

Directed by Edmond Pang Ho-Cheung, the film revolves around a professional contract killer who hires an aspiring film director after he is requested by his clients to film his killings. The cast includes Eric Kot, Cheung Tat-Ming, Chan Fai-Hung, Michael Chan Wai-Man, and Jim Chim.

Synopsis: Hong Kong is an extremely crowded city, where people are easily provoked with conflicts and hatred. In such a crammed and hostile place professional hitmen are in demand. Yet, good times never last. Since the Asian financial crisis, the hire-a-hitman business has been going downhill. To make both ends meet, Bart (Eric Kot), a professional hitman, and Chuen (Cheung Tat Ming), an assistant director, are compelled to offer a bargain package “YOU SHOOT, I SHOOT”.
