Blu-ray release: ‘Golden Harvest Volume 1: Supernatural Shockers’

Shout! Studios are bringing a collection of six Hong Kong genre thrillers from Golden Harvest to US Blu-ray on November 12, 2024.

Originally rated as “Cat III” titles, this Supernatural Shockers set is for adults only and contains some of the most notorious and outrageous Chinese films of the video store era, including ‘Robotrix’ (女機械人), ‘Doctor Vampire’ (殭屍醫生), ‘Erotic Ghost Story’ (聊齋艷譚), ‘Erotic Ghost Story II’ (聊齋艷譚續集五通神), ‘Erotic Ghost Story III’ (聊齋三集之燈草和商), and ‘Sex and Zen’ (玉蒲團之偷情寶鑑). Ghosts, robots, vampires, and more bumps in the night await!
