88 Films are bringing the 1978 Hong Kong martial arts comedy ‘Half a Loaf of Kung Fu’ (點止功夫咁簡單) to UK Blu-ray on May 16, 2022.
Directed by Chen Chi-Hwa, the film follows a young man who takes credit for the death of a bandit and is forced to learn kung fu to conquer the enemies he has inherited. The cast includes Jackie Chan, James Tien, Doris Lung Chun-Erh, Kim Jeong-Nan, and Kam Kong.
Synopsis: Accident-prone Jiang (Chan) dreams of learning Kung Fu from a master, but when he takes employment as a bodyguard at a shady mansion, he stumbles upon an evil witch and finds himself in the middle of an uncertain future.
