Digital release: ‘Concrete Utopia’

Blue Finch Film Releasing are bringing the 2023 South Korean disaster thriller ‘Concrete Utopia’ (콘크리트 유토피아) to UK and Irish Digital on April 1, 2024.

Directed by Uhm Tae-Hwa, the film follows the survivors of a massive earthquake as they struggle to establish a new life in Seoul. The cast includes Lee Byung-Hun, Park Seo-Joon, Park Bo-Young, Choi Young-Do, and Kim Sun-Young.

Synopsis: When an earthquake reduces almost all of Seoul to smoking ruins, miraculously one building remains standing; Hwang Gung Apartments. Surrounded by destruction, the survivors try to restore order but as outsiders begin to seek refuge the residents soon realise that the real disaster is yet to come.
