‘Revolver’ (리볼버) is a 2024 South Korean crime drama directed by Oh Seung-Uk.
The film revolves around a former police officer who is falsely accused of a crime and sent to prison, and moves forward with only one goal after being released. The cast includes Jeon Do-Yeon, Ji Chang-Wook, Lim Ji-Yeon, Kim Joon-Han, and Kim Jong-Soo.
Synopsis: Soo-Young (Jeon Do-Yeon) is a former police officer. She was promised money from Andy (Ji Chang-Wook) if she would go to prison instead of him on corruption charges. Two years later she is released from prison. She realizes that she has been abandoned by everyone involved in the case including Andy. Soo-Young moves straight ahead, without hesitation, to get the money she was promised. She doesn’t have anyone who she can trust.
