‘The Dragon Inn Part 1: The City of Sadness’ (용루각:비정도시) is a 2020 South Korean action film noir directed by Choi Sang-Hun.
The film follows a group of vigilantes who make it their mission to pass judgment on individuals that they feel the law has failed to adequately punish. The cast includes Ji Il-Joo, Bae Hong-Seok, Park Jeong-Hwa, Jang Eui-Su, and Jung Eui-Wook.
