‘Wind Breaker’ (ウィンドブレイカー) is a 2025 Japanese action drama directed by Kentaro Hagiwara.

Based on the manga by Satoru Nii, the film follows a solitary delinquent who discovers purpose and loyalty after joining a principled group of fighters defending their town from a rival gang. The cast includes Koji Mizukami, Taisei Kido, Keito Tsuna, JUNON, and Motoki Nakazawa.

Synopsis: A once-isolated delinquent, Haruka Sakura (Koji Mizukami), finds direction after joining Bofurin, a principled group of fighters who use their strength to protect their town. Guided by Rika Sakuragi (Rikako Yagi), Haruka learns the meaning of loyalty as the rival gang Shishitoren, led by Kazuma Sasa (Koki Yamashita) and Ren Ayase (Noritaka Hamao), threatens everything his new comrades stand for. Set against a windswept Okinawan backdrop, his journey becomes one of discovering community and choosing what—and who—is worth fighting for. [© Far East Films]
