Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘Love is Blind, Hate Too’

Vicol Entertainment are bringing the 2022 psycho thriller ‘Love is Blind, Hate Too’ (致命24小時) to Hong Kong Blu-ray and DVD on June 29, 2023.

Written and directed by Patrick Kong, the film tells the twisted story of a blind woman getting taken hostage in her home by a stranger. The cast includes Kathy Yuen, Ron Ng, Poon Chan-Leung, Jeana Ho, and Bob Lam.

Synopsis: Writer Bo (Kathy Yuen) and doctor Wah (Ron Ng) seemed to have the perfect married life together until one year ago. Bo lost her eyesight after getting into a serious car accident while heading to the hospital to deliver medical records for her husband. Since the accident, Po has struggled to adapt to blindness and continue to write. One day, Wah goes on a business trip, leaving Bo alone at home for two days. However, an unexpected visitor, Mandel (Poon Chan-Leung), shows up. Realizing that Bo is by herself, Mandel infiltrates her home, and begins to watch and control her. A twisted game of cat and mouse unfolds over 24 hours.
