‘Fortune Cookies’ is a 2020 British Chinese family comedy written and directed by Brenda Lee.
The film revolves around a talented young actress who decides to turn her back on her career to help out the family business. The cast includes Carmen Pat, Belinda Duong, Helena Tang-Grosso, Siu Hun Li, and Lucy Sheen.
Synopsis: You’re a talented young actress on the eve of your big break. So would you turn down your dream stage debut to save the family business from repossession by appearing with your cringe-worthy family on their favourite television game show?
