‘The White Storm 3: Heaven or Hell’ (掃毒3：人在天涯) is a 2023 Hong Kong crime thriller directed by Herman Yau.

The film, which is a thematic sequel only, revolves around two undercover cops who infiltrate a drug cartel and form a brotherly bond with its leader. The cast includes Lau Ching-Wan, Louis Koo, Aaron Kwok, Yang Caiyu, Gallen Lo, and Tse Kwan-Ho.

Synopsis: Undercover police officer Cheung Kin-hang (Aaron Kwok) has infiltrated the cartel of drug lord Hong So-chai (Lau Ching-Wan). Following an accident, another undercover officer, Au Chi-yuen (Louis Koo) also earns the trust of both Cheung and Hong and the three of them form a brotherly bond. When Hong’s narcotics businesses in Hong Kong are busted by the police, he flees to the Golden Triangle with Cheung and Au.
