Written by the hugely informative Bey Logan, ‘Ballistic Kiss’ is an interesting premise let down by budget restrictions and time restraints.

For all the plot holes and script deficiencies, this is an excellent slice of Hong Kong entertainment with a return to the edict of fun film-making that made the 80s stand out.

The main problem with ‘The Medallion’ is it looks just like a Hollywood film with a modest budget. In fact it’s not even as good as his Hollywood films, including ‘The Tuxedo’.
