Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘The Magic Crane’

Panorama are bringing the 1993 Hong Kong wuxia film ‘The Magic Crane’ (新仙鶴神針) to Hong Kong Blu-ray and DVD on December 10, 2021.

Directed by Benny Chan, the film revolves around the battle to prevent an all-out war between rival martial arts clans. The cast includes Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, Anita Mui, Rosamund Kwan, Damian Lau, and Lawrence Ng.

Synopsis: On his way to a congress of kung fu masters, an initiate falls from a high cliff, only to be rescued by the lovely Tien Lam (Anita Mui), who rides a huge crane. When Tien Lam learns of the growing discord between the kung fu masters, she must intervene to prevent an all-out war between rival martial arts clans.
