Trailer: ‘Viva La Vida’

‘Viva La Vida’ (我们一起摇太阳) is a 2024 Chinese romantic comedy-drama co-written and directed by Han Yan.

The film, which is the final chapter in Han Yan’s “Life Trilogy”, revolves around two people suffering from serious illnesses who meet and embark on a healing journey full of love and strength. The cast includes Peng Yuchang, Teresa Li, Xu Fan, Gao Yalin, and Liu Dan.

Synopsis: When “brainless” Lu Tu (Peng Yuchang) meets “unhappy” Ling Min (Teresa Li), they instantly feel a connection. Although they are both suffering from serious illnesses and have very different personalities, their relationship quickly goes from strength to strength and they soon become inseparable.
