88 Films are bringing the 1986 Hong Kong action comedy ‘Rosa’ (神勇雙響炮續集) to US and UK Blu-ray on November 24, 2025.
Directed by Joe Cheung, the film follows two ambitious graduates of the police academy as they bumble their way through their first big case. The cast includes Yuen Biao, Lowell Lo, Lu Hsiao-Fen, Kara Hui, and Paul Chun Pui.
Synopsis: After a bungled mission, eccentric cop ‘Little monster’ Hsia (Yuen Biao) is partnered with hot-tempered officer ‘Mustache’ Lei Kung (Lowell Lo) on a high-stakes case: finding a missing police informer. Their only lead is Rosa (Lu Hsiao-Fen), the informer’s mysterious girlfriend—but as danger mounts, love and loyalty become just as complicated as the case itself.
