John Woo talks plot details for ‘Manhunt’

Action maestro John Woo (‘A Better Tomorrow‘, ‘Hard Boiled‘) says that his new film ‘Manhunt’ will focus on the relationship between the fugitive (Zhang Hanyu) and the detective (Masaharu Fukuyama), which changes from being utterly incompatible to one of mutual respect.
Woo also states that the filming style and tone of the story will be similar to ‘The Killer‘ (his 1989 masterpiece).
My personal reaction to what Mr Woo has said about his new film is this – ‘Manhunt’ is now officially my most anticipated film of 2018.
