‘Lethal Force’ should be seen with as many like minded action and eastern film fans and after copious amount of alcohol to appreciate the trippy madness and manic mayhem it provides.

The idea of an introspective love story may not sound too appealing, but this is the kind of film that truly rewards the patient viewer.

There is still much to enjoy in ‘Love On A Diet’ and once again the chemistry between the lead pair makes this a quality slice of entertainment.

It’s not a perfect film – the quirky moments are sometimes a bit too overdone and the pace is slightly inconsistent – but it is a nice surprise.

Definitely a film of two halves, ‘Midnight Fly’ is a brave, uncompromising, yet not always successful Jacob Cheung feature.

Animation may still prove to be an acquired taste for some while Hong Kong animation may prove even more so, but ‘My Life As McDull’ is recommended to young and old alike.

This isn’t a perfect film, but it’s got more imagination and energy than most of the rom-com genre efforts of recent years put together.

‘My School Mate, the Barbarian’ is an unusual film that centres on a world of youths that rarely touches that of the adult realm. If the viewer can get used to this, they should enjoy the rest of the duration.

‘My Wife Is A Gangster’ is a fun film with some fine elements. It’s just a shame that the whole is not quite as good as the sum of its parts.

I’d definitely say that this is another fun footnote for the ‘One Piece’ universe that will easily appease your withdrawal symptoms in-between episodes.

Fight fans may be somewhat disappointed by the lack of combat, but there’s certainly enough on offer here to please the casual viewer.

This venture was constantly entertaining, and providing the potential becomes reality, should prove a very worthwhile experience.
