It’s extreme, it’s sleazy, it’s as mad as a bag of snails (and even features a woman who is half snail!) but it is a lot of fun.

‘Tokyo Zombie’ is more hit than miss in the comedy stakes and a welcome, and very Japanese, addition to the ever burgeoning zombie comedy genre.

A surreal ride with plenty of the filmmakers trademark weird creations and a tone that veers wildly from creepy to gross to bonkers black comedy.

‘Tomorrow’s Joe’ is undoubtedly entertaining for two hours or so, just don’t expect it to resonate beyond the duration.

While it may not be as solid as some of Shimizu’s earlier works, ‘Tormented’ is still an intriguing slice of horror that has a very strong set of visuals.

It’s credit to both director and star that even when not at their best, they still manage to make ‘Touch And Go’ a watchable effort.

‘Tough Beauty And The Sloppy Slop’ is a blatantly cheap production, but it does have a little old school charm that makes it far more appealing than you would expect.

‘Tracing Shadow’ – though by no means as bad as that tirade – does fall foul of the flaws of the weaker films rather than embrace the qualities of the greats.

This fun, frothy and occasionally full on violent concoction mashes so many genres together its surprising ‘Treasure Hunt’ turned out this well made, coherent and well, entertaining.

Tightly helmed by Brit action guy Matt Routledge, ‘Tribal’ is a fun collision of genres that overcomes a limited budget (and the occasional ropey acting) to deliver a short and sharp horror action hybrid.

Though there is talent behind the lens and in front of it, this is a run-of-the-mill swordplay film with a wasted gimmick.

There’s enough spooky set-pieces, riotous comedy and bare flesh on show to keep even the most mercurial of Hong Kong genre fans entertained.
